 A word of advice - the less information you enter, the more properties you will pull up.  The most important parameters are the type of property (i.e. residential, condo, land, etc.), price range, area (sometimes it's easier to search by neighborhood rather than city or zip, especially if you're new to the area) and size (# of bedrooms, bathrooms, etc.).  If you find you're getting too many properties, you can always go back and narrow your search by adding view, pool, or whatever else may be of next importance.
